Moments Before Death

     Mikalaj laid there in the grass, covered in his own blood-- bleeding into the soil. He stared up at the sky quietly, his normally pale purple eyes seemingly more pale than normal, along with his skin. Blinking slowly and letting out a soft, shaky sigh, a small smile spread across his face-- tears rolling down the sides of his face. This was the end, huh? Not how he envisioned it. But he felt… a faint feeling of happiness behind pain. Happiness that-- he was finally free. Free from this cruel world-- free from his own mind and his thoughts. Free.

     He closed his eyes and swallowed thickly, hands resting over top of the wound in his chest, a soft, weak, chuckle escaping him as his breathing slowed to a stop, and he fell relaxed-- one last breath fleeing his lips as he passed away.

Lei Wai in England

     This place was disgusting, it reeked, it was full of people, wearing odd clothes and speaking in a silly language. However, this was where Lei Wai was living currently, with his parents. They had a relatively nice home, and he went to an expensive school, where he got a good education. But he disliked how there was nothing to do. Everything was buildings and roads, he hardly ever stumbled across an open field or even a tree.

Experimenting with Writing Styles

Descriptive

     A lot of Ukraine is farmland, however there are quite a few urban areas as well, such as Kyiv. Kyiv is bustling with people, though a lot of the buildings in certain districts are old and crumbling. However, in the newer ones, the buildings are beautiful and modern, well kept and clean, surrounded by beautiful parks and sights. As the capital city of Ukraine, Kyiv’s well kept areas also contain many government buildings and embassies. At night, almost every part of this beautiful city would be lit up, proving to make it look like a sky full of stars. With a population of 2.758 million, you can guess how busy the streets are, day and night.

Compare & Contrast

     ‘Two Worlds’ and ‘Elder Scrolls’ are two very similar games, however, Elder Scrolls is a lot more well known. Elder Scrolls has multiple games in the series, while Two Worlds has only two. Elder Scrolls has been around for quite a while since 1994, while Two Worlds was released in 2007. They both have a similar setup, with similar controls, but Two Worlds had a significantly lower budget. Two Worlds has a different, storyline of course, but really, Elder scrolls beats them by a longshot, with their in depth storylines and character types.

Narrative

     When I came out, I was scared to tell my mother. I called her downstairs and sat down with her, and flat out told her that I was pretty sure I was transgender. She told me that was alright, and I was relieved. She was very supportive and helpful with my issues, and bought me chest binders and clothes that I needed to be comfortable. The rest of my family, however, wasn’t very supportive at all. They told me that it was a phase, and constantly made me uncomfortable. However, after about a year after coming out, it’s getting easier for them. I hope to get on hormones soon.

     Dmytro had been wandering the area, unknowing of the party before spotting the people walking in and out, and hearing the music coming from the building. He walked over and stared up at the illuminated windows, it sure looked fun in there…

     He looked over beside him to see a smashed noble stumbling out of the front door. An idea popped in his head and he walked right over.

     "Hello, sir, do you mind if I borrow your jacket?" He asked, after tapping his shoulder.

     The drunken man nodded enthusiastically, fumbling with it a bit before handing it over. Dmytro honestly didn’t think it would work, but he was thankful it did. And the jacket just fit him as well. He was sure lucky tonight.

     He slipped it on and walked close to the fence, sneaking past the front and moving along to the back, where a backdoor was unlocked, he peeked in and frowned, seeing nobody in the room. That was his chance. He walked in carefully and through the other door in the room, out to the main room. Though it wasn’t the ballroom, there were still a few people.

     Walking past the people casually, he made his way into the ballroom, the sound of the music getting louder and louder as he approached it. He could feel the excitement building in his chest as he neared it. He walked through the grand archway to a large crowd of people, all chatting and dancing. He made sure to walk casually as he could, making his way to the other side of the room where he spotted a young woman, standing against the wall. Alone. Of course he walked over, holding out a hand.

     "…Would you like to dance?"
